DELIVERY & RETURNS
How are shipping costs calculated?
At Bellegno, shipping costs are free in order to keep the price as low as possible throughout the year.
What are the delivery times?
Our products are shipped within 72 business hours. After each order, you will receive an order confirmation followed by an email with your delivery tracking. The carrier will contact you by phone to arrange an appointment for delivery.

How does delivery work?
This product will be delivered to your doorstep. We invite you to make arrangements to transport it to the room where it will be used.
Before ordering, check that the products can be delivered without difficulty: carefully measure the dimensions of your doors, stairs and elevator.
When ordering, provide all the information necessary for the delivery to go smoothly: address, entry code, intercom, etc.
Provide a telephone number where you can be reached during the day
Delivery is made to the bottom of your building or to the entrance of your house by appointment.
In case of absence, the carrier will leave a notice with his contact details. You will have to contact him to schedule the next delivery, which will be free (in case of another absence, if you schedule a second appointment, the delivery will be billed to you). Be present to receive the order on the agreed day and time!
When the delivery people arrive at your home, you must unpack the product and check that it is in accordance with your order and in good condition. Please have the delivery person note any damage noted. Mentioning precisely the damaged part. (Box, furniture, sink, mirror, etc.)
If your package cannot be dropped off, a delivery notice will tell you the date and the post office where you can collect it. From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your goods. After this period, they will be automatically returned to the sender.
I wish to return my product:
For any product return, we will ask you to return the products to us in their original packaging. Also, make sure to keep them properly (including the pallet).
Contact our customer service by email at the following address contact@bellegno-france.com indicating your order number and to inform us of the situation and your wishes.
ORDER
When will I receive my order?
To have all the information relating to your order, go to the “My Account” section then click on the “My orders” sub-section.
You will then be able to know the status of your order (validated, being prepared or shipped).
Once the order has been shipped, the delivery time generally observed for mainland France is 4 to 5 working days.
How do I change or cancel my order?
For any modification or cancellation request, we invite you to send an email to contact@bellegno-france.com , as soon as possible after your order so that we can do what is necessary before shipping your order.
Please note that for certain modifications, it may be necessary to refund your order and place a new order.
An item does not match your order?
After indicating your reservations regarding the condition of the packaging and the items, refuse the package, specifying on the delivery note that the product does not correspond to your order.
The carrier will then take it with him.
We offer you two possibilities:
- You maintain your order and we will send you new products as soon as possible, subject to availability.
- You wish to cancel your order and we will proceed with your refund.
Contact our customer service by email at contact@bellegno-france.com to inform us of the situation and your wishes.
Changed your mind? No problem!
You have 30 days to return an item to us from the moment you received your package.
It is sufficient that it be new, complete, properly protected and returned by a mode of transport offering guarantees similar to those offered for the initial transport.
We simply ask that you please:
- contact customer service beforehand to inform them of this return. Email: contact@bellegno-france.com
- attach a sheet in the package with your contact details and the order number.

How can I get my invoice?
You can request your invoice at any time by clicking on our contact us tab and selecting "Billing Service" or by writing to contact@bellegno-france.com . We will send you your invoice by email as soon as possible.
How do I change my personal information?
Go to the My Account area and then to "My information". Click on "My personal information". You can then modify the pre-filled fields. Don't forget to validate at the bottom of the page.
If you have orders in progress, the information will not be modified on this one, we therefore invite you to let us know the new information by email at contact@bellegno-france.com .
What payment methods are available?
All payments on our site are like our products: 100% verified and secure! You can also benefit from a payment in 3 installments without fees thanks to our partner Klarna.

PRODUCTS
Is the furniture delivered already assembled?
Yes, our furniture is delivered already assembled. We do not offer flat-pack furniture. Only the legs or handles may require action on your part to prevent them from being damaged during transport.
For larger pieces of furniture, remember to measure your rooms, door frames, stairwells, elevators and any other access points to your home before ordering.
What are the product guarantees?
Furniture, sink and mirror: 2 years
Sink faucet, bathtub faucet and shower column: 5 years
Are bathroom accessories sold with your bathroom furniture?
We do not provide bathroom accessories such as taps, plugs or siphons.
Our furniture and sinks comply with European standards: accessories can be purchased in specialist stores or DIY stores.
Here are the bathroom accessories that we recommend:
- A universal click-clack drain will be perfectly suited to our sinks. For example, you can choose this one , offered by our partner Leroy Merlin.
- For closed niches, a classic siphon (variable height from 110 to 150mm) like this one will be sufficient.
- For furniture with an open niche, a mini siphon will be the most suitable, with a variable height of 100 to 150mm, like this one for example.
If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact our customer service who will be able to provide you with information.
What packaging will my product arrive in?
Most of our products arrive in a reinforced cardboard box to protect them during transport. Some more fragile ones, such as basins and products with stone or terrazzo tops, are delivered in wooden boxes.
How do I take care of my furniture?
