The ROSALIND bathroom cabinet is a wall-hung set with washbasin designed in laminated MDF panels. It includes a single or double suspended sink in SILESTONE and a mirror illuminated by LEDs. This piece of furniture is spacious enough to meet the needs of a family. The elegant design of this double or single washbasin bathroom cabinet allows it to fit perfectly into any bathroom. The wall-mounted oak-coloured vanity unit is very practical for maintaining a clean bathroom. It has two wide and deep storage drawers for toiletries, hygiene products and towels, which are protected from spills and dust. The "soft closing" amortized closing system prevents fingers from getting caught. The bathroom cabinet features slotted handles for a minimalist look. This double washbasin is equipped with a water drainage system at the back of the washbasin. In addition, a modern rectangular mirror with LED lighting and touch switch is included in the set. Faucet and siphon are not included.

When will I receive my order ?
For all the information relating to your order, go to the “My Account” section then click on the “My orders” sub-section.
You will thus be able to know the status of your order (validated, in preparation or dispatched).
Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery time generally observed for metropolitan France is 4 to 5 working days.
How to modify or cancel an order?
When the order has already been placed, we unfortunately do not have the possibility of canceling or modifying the order because it is being prepared by the logistics company or has already been dispatched. You will be able to refuse the package upon receipt and exercise your withdrawal period within 14 days of receipt of the package.
Do you want to change the delivery address of your order?
This change is not possible if the order has already been shipped.
Indeed, the parcel will most certainly have already been taken care of in the agency which depends on the place of delivery or will be precisely on its way to this agency.
In order to avoid any return of order and possible additional costs of redelivery, we invite you to find an arrangement so that someone is present for the delivery to the initial address.
Do you want to cancel your order?
It is not possible to cancel an order after validation. Once your order has been dispatched, your cancellation will be considered as a withdrawal and the costs of returning the products will be your responsibility. How is the delivery going?
This product will be delivered to your doorstep. We invite you to make arrangements to transport it to the room of use.
Before ordering, check that the products can be delivered without difficulty: carefully measure the dimensions of your doors, stairs and lift.
When ordering, give all the information necessary for the smooth running of the delivery: address, entry code, intercom...
Give a phone number where you can be reached during the day
Delivery is made at the bottom of your building or at the entrance of your house by appointment.
In case of absence, the carrier will leave a transit advice note with his contact details. You will have to contact him to plan the next delivery, which will be free (in case of further absence, if you plan a second appointment, you will be charged for the delivery). Be present to receive the order on the agreed day and time!
When the deliverers show up at your doorstep, you can unpack the product and check that it conforms to your order and is in good condition.
If your parcel cannot be deposited, a notice of passage specifies the date and the post office where to collect it. From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your goods. After this time, it will be automatically returned to its sender.
How can I get my invoice?
You can request your invoice at any time by clicking on our contact us tab and selecting "Billing Service" or by writing to email@example.com. We will send you your invoice by email as soon as possible.
I want to return my product
For any product return, we will ask you to return the products to us in their original packaging. Also, be sure to keep them well (including the palette).
Contact our customer service by firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of the situation and your wishes.
An article does not correspond to your order?
After having indicated your reservations related to the state of the packaging and the articles, refuse the package, specifying on the slip that the product does not correspond to your order.
The carrier will thus take it with him.
We offer you two options:
- You maintain your order and we will send you new products as soon as possible, subject to availability
- You wish to subscribe your order and we will process your refund.

Change of opinion ? No problem !
You have 30 days to return an item to us from the time you received your package.
It just needs to be new, complete, properly protected and returned by a mode of transport offering guarantees similar to those offered for the initial transport.
We simply ask that you:
- contact customer service to inform them of this return.
- attach a sheet in the package with your contact details and the order number.
